- 2+ years experience working with Cisco networking
- Experience configuring and troubleshooting Cisco routers and switches

- Experience with Cisco IP Telephony (CME, CUE, IP Phones, etc)
- Experience with Cisco Mobility solutions
- CCNA or CCNP certifications are preferred
